Nutricost Krill Oil Complex is supplied in softgel form, with 60 softgels per container. Each softgel contains 500 mg, with a serving size of 2 softgels providing 1,000 mg of krill oil (Superba2).

Each serving supplies 240 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, which include eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), along with phospholipids and astaxanthin. The softgel shell is made from gelatin, glycerin, water and ethyl vanillin. The label states this product contains shellfish (krill).
