Orders are normally processed and shipped within 1–3 working days.

We have our warehouse and fulfillment center located in the Czech Republic (Dextrum Fulfillment, a.s., Paskov), where all parcels are shipped from.

Delivery time is usually 5-7 working days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery. Depending on your delivery country, your order is sent with one of our trusted carriers, and the carrier may notify you about delivery to your address or collection at a pickup point.
