Tranquil Sleep Extra Strength is supplied as chewable tablets, with 60 tablets per pack. Each chewable tablet contains Suntheanine L-Theanine 200 mg, L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) from Griffonia simplicifolia seed 15 mg, and melatonin from a non-animal source 6 mg.

The non-medicinal ingredients are cane sugar, stearic acid, xylitol, silica, natural flavours, citric acid, and vegetable grade magnesium stearate as a lubricant. The label states the product contains no artificial colors, preservatives, or sweeteners, and no dairy, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, animal products, salt, tree nuts, or GMOs.

This product is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets, and is gluten free and lactose free.

Directions
