SUPERFLEX-3 is supplied in tablet form, with 150 tablets per container. Per 2 tablets, the label states 1500 mg of Glucosamine HCl, 1200 mg of Chondroitin Sulfate and 250 mg of Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM). Per 1 tablet, this is 750 mg Glucosamine HCl, 600 mg Chondroitin Sulfate and 125 mg MSM.

Other ingredients listed are dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, and an aqueous clear coat made from hypromellose, Mtc and inulin.

The label states this product contains shellfish, from shrimp and crab ingredients.
