This product is supplied in softgel form, with 60 softgels per container and a serving size of 2 softgels, providing 30 servings per container. Each serving contains a range of vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin B6, Folate, Vitamin B12, Biotin, Pantothenic Acid, Iodine, Zinc, Selenium, Copper and Manganese.

Each serving also contains Hydrolyzed Collagen Type I, an Orchard Fruits & Garden Veggies Powder Blend of spinach, pea, cabbage, cauliflower, asparagus, broccoli, brussels sprout, cucumber, apple, tomato, acai, cherry, grape, raspberry, plum, beet, carrot, banana, blueberry, pineapple, strawberry and cranberry, along with Hyaluronic Acid and Silica from Horsetail stem extract. The softgel shell is made from gelatin, with sunflower oil, glycerin, yellow beeswax, purified water, sunflower lecithin, natural flavors and caramel color among the other ingredients.
