Virgin coconut oil naturally has a highly variable composition. At temperatures below 78°F the product will begin to solidify and clumps may appear. Bubbles may also appear, and may resemble dark spots. However, both are normal. No additives or preservatives are used. Packaged and quality tested in the USA.
