   Some alternative doctors have told me to take them to get rid of the candida overgrowth, so it doesn’t grow back. I took them with b vitamins, zinc before a meal, and magnesium and chromium during a meal. I also used various things to fight candida. I no longer have candida overgrowth.

   Silicon is one of the micronutrients necessary for the proper functioning of muscles, joints and skin. Silicon even removes aluminum from the body. There are no cases of overdose on silicon. Its surplus is excreted with the urine. This silica extract – spring horsetail is a very good choice. Horsetail is one of the best herbs.    My hair was falling out in clumps, but after I finished an entire bottle it stopped. My hair is much stronger now. helped with PMDD in conjunction with SSRIS due to calcium.

   This is our favorite silica/horsetail product; we found it the most effective hair and nail strengthener of the many we’ve tried. It also does not contain a slew of unsavory and unnecessary additives. We often default to NOW when researching health products; they’re one of the best companies out there, and we’ve never been disappointed with any of their products.

   I love this silica. Excellent ingredients and improves hair skin and nails. I take it both with collagen and on its own, just one pill a day. The size of a pill is a little big but you can crush it. The supplements are well packaged and will last you for several days. Produced in large quantities and good value for money.

   Excellent complex, decent quality, ingredients from natural raw materials, helped me a lot, the size is satisfactory.     can’t give advice on effectiveness, simply because it’s always individual. This complex is very good and contains the main minerals. I need silica for the skin, specifically because silica helps produce collagen, but the spectrum of its impact is quite broad. The size of the pill is quite large, but if you take it with food or water, then it’s fine. The delivery and the package were excellent.

    I bought this product and let it sit for several months be causes the tablets were large. I started using this product and within two weeks I noticed my hair growing . I had over an inch and 1/2 regrowth. I am one of those people that need hair supplements. My hair normally grow one quarter of an inch!

    the quality is amazing, the ingredients are high quality, the minerals in the tablets are what I really look for in supplements, if you have a deficiency that you want to improve. The size is perfect for easy swallowing and the packaging is perfect. The benefits will come over time after I’ve taken them for a while.
