Very pleased with this multivitamin, especially being non-GMO with the addition of all real raw food blends. However, I found out that you need to take 4 tabs a day after purchase, I prefer my supplements to be 1 a day or at least twice a day. However, I have no doubt that this is a quality Garden of Life supplement.

have been taking these vitamins for 2 months. One tablet with each meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner), every day. So that’s 3 capsules a day, which seems like the best way to achieve a high absorption rate and avoid wastage. So far I had no cons to list. These capsules do not bother my body. They are simply brilliant! The formula contains only vitamins from natural foods. So, it’s not a magic pill that you’re going to take and feel energized or younger. Nor a very high dose vitamin, full of toxic flavors and preservatives, that will make you pee in crazy phosphorescent kryptonite color. It’s “just vitamins” from real foods.
