Horsetail Extract (Equisetum arvense & Equisetum hyemale) (Aerial Parts), Calcium (from calcium citrate), Silica (from Horsetail Extract), Bentonite Mineral Powder, Zinc (from Zinc Amino Acid Chelate), Manganese (from Manganese Amino Acid Chelate), Boron (from Boron Amino Acid Chelate)
Other ingredients:
Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Croscarmellose Sodium and Vegetarian Coating.
Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 1 tablet 1 to 3 times daily, preferably with food.

can’t give advice on effectiveness, simply because it’s always individual. This complex is very good and contains the main minerals. I need silica for the skin, specifically because silica helps produce collagen, but the spectrum of its impact is quite broad. The size of the pill is quite large, but if you take it with food or water, then it’s fine. The delivery and the package were excellent.
