This product is supplied in softgel form, with 60 softgels per bottle. Each softgel contains Vitamin K2 (menaquinone, MK-7, from natto bean) at 120 mcg and Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol, from lanolin) at 1000 IU (25 mcg).

Other ingredients include medium chain triglycerides, the softgel shell (gelatin, glycerin, purified water, caramel, titanium dioxide), yellow beeswax and lecithin. The label states the product contains soy, from lecithin, and is free from artificial preservatives, sweeteners, dairy, wheat, gluten, yeast, egg, fish, shellfish and salt.
