SAMe 400 mg is supplied as enteric coated vegetarian tablets, with 30 tablets per container. Each tablet provides 400 mg of S-Adenosyl-Methionine.

Other ingredients include cellulose, methacrylic acid copolymer, mannitol, citric acid, titanium dioxide, stearic acid, silica, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, glyceryl triacetate, sodium starch glycolate, croscarmellose sodium and yellow ochre. No allergens are explicitly declared on the label, and the product is certified gluten-free.

Directions

Take one (1) tablet daily, preferably on an empty stomach. Take with co-factors vitamins B12, B6, and folic acid. For mood support: take one (1) tablet four times daily in divided doses, preferably on an empty stomach, or as recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
