L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), zinc picolinate (zinc), sweet orange extract (Citrus sinensis) standardised to contain 50% citrus bioflavonoids. Capsule composition: vegetable cellulose (vegetarian)

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule once daily. Swallow the capsule and wash it down with plenty of water after a meal.
