Usage & Dosage

15 ml every morning, shake before use. A convenient measuring cup allows dosing of 5, 10, 15, or 20 ml. Suggested dose is 15 ml; once the body is adequately saturated, the dose may be reduced — e.g., 10 ml per day allows use of 1 bottle for 50 days of supplementation.
