Inositol is also called vitamin B8, although it is not actually a vitamin.

INGREDIENTS:

Myo-inositol. Capsule composition: Vegetable cellulose (vegetarian).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

2 capsules twice a day. Swallow the capsule and wash it down with plenty of water, after a meal.
