flaxseed oil (Linum usitatissimum) standardized to 45% alpha-linolenic acid and 11% oleic acid, D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), capsule shell: bovine gelatin, humectant: glycerol.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule once daily. Swallow the capsule and drink plenty of water with it, with or after a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
