Turmeric comes from the same family as ginger. It is a plant found most commonly in Asian and Middle Eastern countries. Its main and most important component is curcumin.

INGREDIENTS:

powdered turmeric root (Curcuma Longa), 10:1 extract from turmeric rhizome (Curcuma Longa); BioPerine®: black pepper fruit extract (Piper Nigrum) standardized to 95% piperine content; capsule shell: plant cellulose.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule twice a day. Swallow the capsule and wash it down with a large amount of water during or after a meal. It is recommended to take it with fats, e.g. with flaxseed oil or olive oil.
