The ingredient list includes: Hydrolysed Peptan collagen (beef collagen), ascorbic acid, citric acid, natural and artificial flavour, collagen (81%), sweetener: steviol glycosides, zinc citrate, colouring: beetroot powder.

Usage & Dosage

Daily recommended amount: once daily, 11 g (1 slightly heaped measuring spoon) dissolved in 200 ml water, for 3 months; thereafter 11 g per week.
