Swanson Tri-Fiber Complex combines three complementary plant-based fiber sources — psyllium powder, oat bran and apple pectin — in a convenient capsule format.

Oat bran naturally contains beta-glucan. Including several different types of fiber, as in this three-source formula, is a practical way to complement a fiber-conscious diet.

Each bottle contains 100 capsules, providing 50 servings at a serving size of two capsules taken twice daily. The capsules are designed for easy use and should always be taken with a full glass of water, as directed.

Usage & Dosage

As a dietary supplement, take two capsules twice daily with 8 ounces (about 240 ml) of water.
