Recommended use:

I have been using green lipped mussel for a few years now. I started when I had knee inflammation. He got rid of swelling and pain. It is really effective if used longer, but you can feel relief even after the 1st week of use. And Swanson always delivers quality. Take 1 to 2 capsules per day.

1st time buying this. I have been buying xtend-life GLM for 4 years. This product really smells like dried and powdered fresh mussels. This swanson smells grilled/burnt if you open the caps. I give 3 capsules a day to my old dog with arthritis. I see improvements in the sense that it doesn’t fall as much as before. This supplement works for him. But unfortunately it’s half the time out of stock on Ecosupplements. I recommend you supplement this supplement with Swanson sea cucumber, the latter will gradually reduce joint pain in the body.

It is good. I’ve been buying mussel oil for 9 years from another company who said theirs was medical grade (that’s a lie, I researched, mussel oil is the same , there is no medical grade mussel oil) theirs must be prescribed by a doctor, (and the doctor received a commission), there was only 100g of mussel oil, there included fillers (inferior ingredients), rec 3 capsules a day and was more expensive. So I switched to this product with 500mg mussel oil, no fillers, best ingredient. I really feel an improvement. It is a higher quality product and only 1 capsule per day is needed.
