Solgar – Full Spectrum Curcumin
Full Spectrum Curcumin 185x is the most absorbable form of turmeric with 185x better take up into the body than other forms of turmeric.
The active ingredients in turmeric include beneficial flavonoids called curcuminoids, which are plant-based antioxidants. They help to fight cell-damaging free radicals in the body.

This is my second time ordering this brand/type of curcumin. My family uses it for the following issues: migraine, acid reflux, high blood pressure, bad weather symptoms, allergic rhinitis. In terms of personal use, I really like the fact that about 1 week before my period I start drinking this capsule 1-2 times a day. It controls PMS and inflammation of my uterus (I have multiple myoma) which also controls my menstrual flooding and the length of my menstrual cycle (currently in perimenopause). I am really grateful for this product.

had high hopes for this supplement as it boldly claimed 185x bioavailability. I have several (quite large) uterine fibroids and the last two cycles have been very bad in terms of menstrual pain/cramps. The pain left me all day in bed for at least 4 days, not to mention cramping 7-8 days before my period started. I looked for a strong curcumin supplement and this is one that I saw. For me the price is a bit high but the pain is reduced by 50% which is amazing (I take 2 a day starting about 8 days before my cycle target day until it ended). I don’t want to reach out to NSAIDs although it is much cheaper and so having this supplement is God sent. Hope this helps women like me who suffer from fibroids and severe cramps.
