Ingredients

Cod liver oil (of which: Omega-3 acids: min., EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) min., DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) min., Other omega-3 acids min.), Vitamin A (retinyl palmitate), Vitamin D (D3, cholecalciferol) 400 IU. Antioxidant: DL-alpha-tocopherol. Also contains: retinyl palmitate, cholecalciferol.

Shell: bovine gelatine, humectant: glycerol, water, natural lemon flavour.

Usage & Dosage

Recommended daily intake: 1–2 capsules, with a meal. Swallow the capsules with a glass of water.

Warnings

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 milligrams of EPA and DHA. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of small children.
