Usage & Dosage

Recommended daily intake: 2 capsules, with a meal.

Do not exceed recommended dose. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg EPA and DHA. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Keep out of reach of young children.
