   Red Omega from Now is a good quality product, it contains excellent and important ingredients in a single capsule. Red yeast rice to reduce cholesterol, as well as fish oil with a good amount of omega-3, which is very important for our body and Q10, should not be drunk separately, but should have them in a capsule. Recommended for those who want to lower their bad cholesterol and boost their cardiovascular health.

   I took red yeast supplements to lower LDL cholesterol. After Covid recovery, wanted to improve lung health. Great for finding an all-in-one option Pills are large in size if swallowing pills is a problem with one. (see photo, the pill is dark red on the left) But agree with me, because personally, I prefer this to taking several pills.

   Correct dosage easy to achieve, one morning and one evening. I love that it is combined with the other necessary components to make it more effective. I have learned that red yeast rice can benefit cholesterol lowering and I prefer to use a natural remedy rather than a prescribed medication. Great quality, great price, highly recommend.

   First of all, I bought it because it contains the 3 best cholesterol lowering in one capsule, reduces the number of supplements/pills to take, which is really more convenient. Most importantly, it is effective in lowering my total cholesterol from 7.7 to 6.2 within 3 months of taking this product. (I did a blood test/lipid profile to confirm this)

   big pills!! not for everyone, i will check my cholesterol again in 1 month, for now i will continue to use the cq10 that was recommended to me by my doctor as an additional supplement with red yeast rice as it doubles the cholesterol lowering effect so thats why i bought this one now food is a business i use more items

   have my husband who takes it for his cholesterol and it helps him stay healthy. At one point he quit because he felt he was taking too many supplements and his cholesterol levels had gone up. When it resumed and was retested, the numbers dropped again.

    Great way to get the benefits of three supplements in one capsule! Also, I never spit out a fishy taste (I recommend taking the capsule with food). I take it for cholesterol and heart support. I took this supplement for at least 5 years and never had any quality issues. Even though the capsule is big, it feels smooth and doesn’t stick in my throat.
