I thought a connection between dry skin on the elbows and Omega 3 was hippy nonsense. Nope – took a bottle of this and by the end of it the skin on my elbows had smoothed right out. And that’s obviously just one single, trivial outward sign. Makes me realise I really did need more Omega 3 in my diet so I’m happy that it’s likely to be doing me lots of good in other ways. Yes, I should eat more fish (I do eat some) but somehow I never get around to it. And being low in Omega 3 is very, very bad for long term health.

Wow, these krill oil supplements smell terrible. I’ve used fish oil supplements with a mild odor before, so I thought I knew what to expect, but this is like a hot day at the docks. It’s only been a couple of days, so I have not seen any effect, but I do not know if I will continue taking these.

Prowise Krill Small size soft-gel capsule are very easy to swallow. Slight odor upon opening the well sealed bottle but better than omega 3 capsules. That dissipated quickly. I couldn’t smell it when I reopened the container. Seems to be full disclosure on the bottle about what it is. I usually take krill oil daily. I’ve used a variety of brands and this compares favorably compared to price, speedy delivery and looks more effective so far 🙂
