NOW Foods Creatine Monohydrate Pure Powder provides 5,000 mg of pure creatine monohydrate per serving with no additives or fillers — just one ingredient you can trust. Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. This effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. This product is intended for adults who engage in high-intensity exercise.

Each 227 g container contains approximately 45 servings of unflavoured powder that mixes easily into fruit juice or your preferred sweetened beverage.

Ingredients

Creatine Monohydrate 5 g. Other Ingredients: None.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1½ level teaspoons into fruit juice or another sweetened beverage 3 to 4 times daily, before and after training, for the first 7 days. Thereafter, for maintenance, consume 1 to 3 times daily. Allow 3 to 4 hours between doses. If continuing use beyond 28 days, use one serving daily. Drink plenty of fluids together with this product.
