This yeast is grown on enriched purified cane and beet molasses under carefully controlled conditions. This is a primary grown yeast and is therefore NOT a brewery by-product as is brewer’s yeast. This ensures freedom from Candida albicans yeast.

Other ingredients:
Dried Yeast, Niacin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (B6), Riboflavin, Thiamine Hydrochloride (Thiamin), Folic Acid, Cobalamin (B12). Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Recommended use:
Take 2 level tablespoons daily mixed in milk, fruit juice or vegetable juice. It can also be used in vegetarian recipes or added to protein shakes to boost nutritional content.

I use these nutritional yeast flakes to make a great country gravey. Yeast + flour (barley and rice, but any flour); water, and poultry seasoning (powder); onion seasoning(powder); a little garlic seasoning (powder) ; black pepper and salt. It works great on rice, potatoes and toast! Yum:)

love how affordable it is and even though the container isn’t full it really lasted me a long time. I am also very happy that Ecosupplements sell nutritional yeast as it is very expensive to buy in Singapore and usually sold in small quantities. Since I switched to a vegan diet, many savory recipes I find online call for it. I also like to add it to my fries with a little salt, which gives it a tastier taste.

I really like the taste of Now Foods Yeast Flakes. It is a super food full of b vitamins. I mainly use it as an ingredient in a vegetable broth mix. I can also add it to soups for extra flavor and health benefit. It also comes in a sturdy packaging that is easy to store and keeps the product fresh.

As a vegan, I love nutritional yeast and when I buy it I use it in almost any recipe I can, whether I’m making a sauce or just sprinkling it over pasta like parmesan cheese. Nutritional yeast like this has lots of healthy vitamins and packs a lot of flavor while still being good for you.

LOVE this nutritional yeast. I use it on scrambled tofu with peppers and onions and on popcorn. It has a fine powdery texture and cheesy flavor that I really enjoy. It is loaded with B vitamins and is healthier than real cheese which contains saturated fat. Two heaping tablespoons are only 60 calories. WOW! Potassium is 320 mg and sodium only 5 mg. per serving. I am a vegetarian and live in Mexico where many supplements are not available locally or through giant retailers. Thank you, Ecosupplements, for making Now Nutritional Yeast Flakes available. It’s a tasty superfood that I’ve been missing for so long. These flakes are of good quality and taste great. The bottle is about 1/3 too big for the contents, and a little wasted but I’m very happy to have this product. A bonus is that my cat loves it too.

Love this seasoning so much and use it to cook almost any dish. Cheese this taste can be called with a stretch, it is rather something tender saline-creamy in taste. The seasoning is an excellent addition to all vegetable dishes, meat and fish dishes. This thing’s Italian cuisine dishes only benefit from the same. So far the whole family loves it. Great quality seasoning, I will definitely buy it again and not just once.

usually buy my nutritional yeast in bulk, but it was convenient, so I decided to give it a try. A bit more expensive than the wholesale price but still very good. I also like the large container. Keeps it airtight. So many benefits of taking nutritional yeast that we don’t often get from real food. A few of the B vitamins were also potassium and zinc. I will take a few tablespoons a day with my Vit D3/K2. These, along with the magnesium I take, keep me healthy I believe. I also use nutritional yeast for baking. Even though the recipe doesn’t call for it, I add a TBSP to the full recipe and it adds a buttery flavor to my bread rounds. There is nothing negative about nutritional yeast, in my opinion. Anyone who has not tried it should research the benefits of adding it to their daily life. I will definitely buy it again. NOW brands have a good range of products. I like that they don’t use a lot of unnecessary additives. Keep it simple and clean is my way of thinking.

This product is both delicious and economical. Nutritional yeast has that delicate cheesy taste that isn’t overpowering, while giving me protein and B vitamins. I love that it’s an easy vegan way to season dishes and snacks, while by providing valuable key nutrients. The flaky texture gives an extra crunch which I appreciate. I put it above everything!!
