   This product is a supplement intended to improve health, immunity, quality of life, well-being and mood. I bought it out of curiosity after reading about it. It has fulfilled some essential needs that I had until now: a boost of energy and an elimination of fatigue due to long flights and stress. NOW FOODS has become our favorite family brand! Highly recommended.

   Medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) are fats naturally found in coconut and palm kernel oils. They are more easily and quickly digested than other types of fat.    I bought it with a discounted price so I won’t be too picky about the artificial taste mentioned in some reviews. Surprisingly, you wouldn’t notice it in hot coffee. I am quite satisfied with this mct oil.

   bought for bulletproof coffee (fast imitation). I really like the taste of chocolate. It gives a pleasant flavor to the coffee. But what I didn’t like was that if the coffee isn’t really hot it settles on it and it doesn’t seem to mix very well.
