Other ingredients:
Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Rice Flour, Stearic Acid (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide. Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 2 capsules 1 to 2 times daily.

This is one of the better Magnesium products on the market, given the amino-acid bonds and the pairing with Potassium & Taurine. A little less Mag per capsule – relative to a tablet, like Mag Citrate – but a well-assimilated form that should work well for most of us..
