Bromelain, Bromelami Retard is a capsule supplement supplied in a pack of 60 capsules. A daily serving of 2 capsules provides 1000 mg of the Bromelami Retard formula, of which 300 mg is bromelain from pineapple stem with an enzyme activity of 2500 GDU/g, making up 30% of the formula.

The capsule contains maltodextrin, corn starch, the sweetener sucralose, bromelain, the glazing agent shellac, the anti-caking agent talc, the bulking agent hydroxypropylcellulose, and ethyl alcohol. The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropylmethylcellulose. No allergens are explicitly declared on the label, though the product does contain the sweetener sucralose.
