Each daily dose (3 tablets) delivers 800 mg of elemental magnesium, 400 mg of elemental calcium, 15 mg of zinc and 25 mcg (1,000 IU) of Vitamin D3.

This formula draws on premium trademarked ingredient forms: Aquamin® seaweed-derived minerals provide both calcium and magnesium from a natural marine source, while L-OptiZinc® Monomethionine delivers zinc in a well-regarded chelated form. Magnesium is further supplied through a blend of Magnesium Oxide, Glycinate, Taurinate and Citrate to support broad absorption. Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) contributes to normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.
