I take it about an hour before going to bed and I sleep very well on it. Even after waking up in the middle of the night, it puts me back to sleep quickly. No morning drowsiness or headache the next morning which is definitely an improvement for me.

It helps me fall asleep faster. That’s why I wanted it and it’s useful for that. For me, I have to take it an hour or so before bed for the effect to be noticeable. Also, I found that I had to adjust the amount of capsules until I found an effective amount. They aren’t cheap but I can honestly say for myself that they are useful.

suffered from waking up in the middle of the night full of anxiety and mental racing. I tried melatonin but after a while melatonin stopped working AND it works differently (melatonin sometimes puts you to sleep), L-tryptophan puts you in a long state of relaxation, it’s also a precursor to melatonin, which means it encourages your own body to make its own melatonin, so you benefit in two ways. I can’t believe that was the answer after all those months of anxious nights. I hope this review helps others who suffer from insomnia and/or wake up in the middle of the night with a mind/body racing with restless thoughts. Finally, I sleep through the night and wake up relaxed like I did years ago before the stress.

I’ve been quite stressed for a few years, so it started to influence me a lot. I decided to try this one, to see if it improves. I started using it with 5-htp… taking ashwagandha in the morning and 5-htp at bedtime. I don’t know which of the two supplements worked for me, but I definitely feel better, less stressed. It doesn’t make me lethargic, I still get nervous, but it gets over me without affecting me inside and without building up and wearing me down. It’s not a magic pill, the effects didn’t show for at least three weeks, but a slow steady improvement is best.
