   have been taking this 150mg of kelp for over a year along with 100mg of selenium (same brand). I don’t eat a lot of foods containing iodine and selenium (I’m also on Keto). I am satisfied with the result, and my hands and feet are no longer cold as groves. So I will continue to take them both.

   Excellent NOW Foods quality, Kelp is an excellent antioxidant, an essential ingredient in your diet to replenish iodine deficiency and undernutrition in the thyroid gland. The size of the packaging is perfectly compatible with the number of capsules. I got the effect when I took a kelp capsule for two months as part of complex therapy for high TSH: NOW Foods, Selenium, 100 mcg; NOW Foods, Kelp, 150 mcg; Natural Factors, Zinc Chelate, 25mg; NOW Foods, L-Tyrosine, Extra Strength, 750mg; Dr. Mercola, Liposomal Vitamin C, 500 mg; Euthyrox, 25 mcg.

   The quality is good alhumdulilah the ingredients are natural capsule size is the big package is sealed and looks good it tastes good i bought it for its benefits and effect on hair i have really noticed improvements on my hair after using it for a while with brazil nuts and stuff.

   Very good product with good ingredients. The bottle size is quite large and will last a long time. The tablet size is large but not difficult to swallow. The quality is good. It’s hard to get the needed dose of iodine every day, so I think this supplement is a must-have. Iodine is very important for our body. Lack of iodine may be the reason for hair loss which has become a widespread problem.

   The quality of this brand is fantastic. The ingredients are pure, with nothing else in the composition. Kelp has benefit for thyroid dysfunctions and iodine supplementation. for me Idk if it was a coincidence but my acne has improved a lot. The packaging is perfect and the pill size is a little big but it can be cut to make it easier to swallow.

   I’m ordering my first kelp and just got one and can order another if it’s ok no test size is good easy to use no bad test good quality ingredients as mentioned on the box and as i wanted when i started my kelp research i hope it will work for

   Since I use non iodized Sea Salt I take this Kelp to supply the Iodine I need daily. These tapered tablets are easy to swallow. The price here at Ecosupplements is a good value.

   I take a small amount of kelp each day to get my daily source of iodine. I know too much iodine can be harmful and this product has a very small dose which is the right amount to support thyroid health without overdoing it. I also like that there are no extra fillers like rice flour.

    So happy to find a source of iodine at Ecosupplements! It can be difficult to get enough iodine through diet alone and sea salts actually don’t contain iodine. I’ve had a difficult time trying to find a supplement at stores.

    When my naturopath informs me to take Kelp, then this is my go to product. No side effects and it provides what my body needs. Has a vegetarian capsule (not gelatin, which is from animals in case you did not know) and that is a plus to the product.

    I love this superfood. Kelp is a supplement that the whole family takes because our diets are low in iodine. I had goiter issues before I started taking it, which have gone away. It has little long-term detoxifying effect, the pack lasts at least a few months if you take the recommended amount. The size is normal, easy to swallow, no peculiar taste. I will buy it again because of the benefits and prevention. Now the brand has never failed me for quality and great ingredients.
