Makes my gut soft. You should take it daily with plenty of water so you don’t get constipated. If I miss taking it, I will be constipated again. But after taking it again with plenty of milk, it is good again and the intestine is still soft, whereas before it should be very hard. I just mix it with water. It’s tasteless and odorless which I really like and not lumpy unlike other brands. This also dissolves easily.

It melts pretty well in your drink. and it tastes nothing. I always add it to my tea or juice. it didn’t work for me to add this to the smoothie maybe because it was too thick or not enough water in my drink. It helps to manage my intestinal conditions.

The benefits of prebiotic fiber are numerous. Too many to count. It improves stool consistency, it encourages the growth of good futal flora, it alleviates the symptoms of gastritis, it’s really wonderful. This prebiotic fiber supplement has helped me tremendously with IBS and I can honestly say that I feel much better than ever since I started taking it. Two thumbs up.

I’ve steered away from insoluble fiber as it gives me bloating and discomfort. This soluble prebiotic fiber is excellent. No bloating and it helps with food cravings. Dissolves easily in cold/warm water but not hot. Put a teaspoon in a little water at room temperature for a minute, then I add coffee or tea, etc.
