   am so grateful to have found GABA. I was really struggling with anxiety and didn’t want to rely on medication. GABA has saved my life so much. It helped me relax and feel much calmer.    have the worst insomnia since high school and have taken different supplements for it. However, they were all futile until I met this baby a month ago. I sleep better now and my cognitive functions are improving. I remember things well and my mood has improved so much. I’m adding it to my cart again

   I started using the product a week ago and have already noticed a big difference in my sleep quality. After using the product for about 4 weeks, I feel like I gained about 2 kg of muscle mass and increased my energy level. It also helps me with my daily headaches which has helped me a lot with my overall health.

   I discovered Gaba on a Dr’s visit. Started out with Phrama Gaba and it works well but a bit pricey. Used Ecosupplements brand for quite awhile. Tried the NOW 500mg with B6 and it seems to work a bit better. There’s nothing like Gaba, it doesn’t interfere with the meds I take. Helps me go to sleep, relaxes me when I need it. Its really quite remarkable. Someone in a review said it kept them awake. If you take too much for your system it will do that I’ve noticed. It’s also used by body builders but the dosage is more than I would want to take. For me the best intake is 500 to 1000 mg to go to sleep.

   I have only been taking this particular brand of GABA for a month, but it seems to work well. I would like to be able to get the 1,000 mg dose in one capsule though.

   I bought this product to replace a chewable GABA I had before. Didn’t notice that it contains B-6. Took it before bed and it gave me insomnia. Not good for trying to sleep!

   Beautiful composition thanks to the vitamin B-6 ingredient included. It helps to make the sleep process faster and deeper. I take 1 capsule before sleeping (sometimes with 5-htp at the same time) Benefit for people who have a little training and don’t want to lose muscle, good for recovery and having more energy after a sleep deep Without any taste, good size and packaging.

    found a great site that has a lot of useful information. I’ve had issues with depression, anxiety and everything else since I was younger. This site helped me calm down and get back to what made me happy in the first place. I think it’s something that should be available to everyone, even doctors and patients.

    Works wonders for relieving anxiety. It makes me extremely tired, so I can’t take it during the day unless I desperately need it. However, at night… it allows my brain to stop reminding me of all the embarrassing moments I’ve inflicted on myself since 1989, or any other myriad thoughts you don’t need to be experiencing at 3 a.m. when you’re desperately trying to fall asleep

    Very good vegetable and amino acid capsule with B6 from HCI and Gaba 500 mg of acid. No aftertaste, no wheat, gluten, soy.. no . Helping my brain function better after a stroke . I am very satisfied with my weed and this product, good quality and benefits for my daily stress. Very good . I hope to have more energy for training and muscles

    Suffering from insomnia all life here. I use GABA as part of my sleep cocktail. Take 2 capsules (1 gram total) a few hours before bed on an empty stomach, along with magnesium, L theanine, glycine, melatonin 10 mg TR, and possibly add L tryptophan to the future when I try to stop antidepressants. This concoction works for me, which is amazing because normally the only thing that helps with sleep are benzos, and obviously I can’t take them every night. Works for me, hope it works for you!

    These work very well. I sleep better, I feel better, and they don’t even taste good. I have more energy from good sleep and they fit well into my diet. The packaging is easy to open and the tablets are a good size. My partner also sleeps better thanks to these easy to swallow tablets.
