   I started taking this supplement at the beginning of October. I ordered it because I was looking for something to help me get rid of insomnia, loss of strength, irritability and bad mood. I have been taking GABA for over a month now. I noticed that my mood started to improve gradually, I started smiling more often, my energy level increased. Gaba has simply made my life so much better. It has so many benefits!

   used to have GABA in powder form but this one is more convenient. It’s good quality GABA, I had these little side effects when overdosing when I took too much, including vivid dreams, but that only means it’s effective. Benefits include better quality sleep and more energy the next day.

   In addition to helping people feel drowsy, GABA may make it easier to fall asleep by reducing anxiety. Stress and anxiety can interfere with sleep and have been linked to low levels of GABA. We find it works well for us and we get a good nights sleep, better than melatonin as there has been some bad press about it lately.

   really like the NOW brands and have been taking this Gaba for over 12 years. I used to have very irregular heartbeats but after taking the test in Dr. Eric Braverman’s “The Edge Effect” I learned that I was Gaba deficient. When I read about all the complications a Gaba deficiency can cause, I wish I had found this book many years earlier. It can help diagnose and cure almost any disease. The Gaba eliminated all my heart problems and saved me from a dangerous ablation procedure that might not have helped and could have caused a stroke. If you need Gaba, I recommend this product. If you have any other illness or disease, read THE EDGE EFFECT book by Dr. Eric Braverman. It’s a lifesaver.

   Hear me out, placebo effect or not, this thing WORKS (at least for me). A bit of background: I suffer from anxiety and depression (haven’t taken meds in years), but I was going through a rough patch and GABA helped me regain clarity, “dark” thoughts. that I had daily disappeared within 2 weeks of taking 1 tablet daily. It certainly helped me find some peace. FYI: the plugs are quite big!

   The quality of NOW GABA is exceptional with pure NON GMO ingredients. The capsule size is easy to swallow and downloadable below. I love how one capsule helps me unwind, relax, and get a good night’s rest. I like that it’s also a very fair price. I also like the easy open/close cap.

   struggled with insomnia for ages and recently started looking for a more natural way to relieve my anxiety as bromazepam was not a long term solution. The last thing I needed was bromazepam addiction 🙂 On Ecosupplements I discovered the 5htp and GABA supplement. I’m happy with both. Since I started taking 5htp my anxiety isn’t so bad anymore, and after adding GABA I started to sleep better. I take a GABA pill and 5htp before bed, along with melatonin, and I no longer have trouble falling asleep. The pill is quite large but easy to swallow. I highly recommend this supplement if you have trouble sleeping.

   GABA is my favorite product along with magnesium which helps me stay calm in this hectic year. I really feel the benefits of taking GABA. Usually I take it in the evening an hour before going to bed. The capsule size is not small, but I don’t mind.

    I’ve been using Gaba for a while and really think it helps keep the mind focused and helps with anxiety. I recently discovered that too much GABA can give you anxiety, so that’s also something I’m controlling now. And when I feel good, I jump for a few days. Of course, follow what your doctors say. The price is right for the size of the package, but I really trust the quality of this product.

    Normally I use another brand when I buy GABA, but with the same dosage! NOT less than 750mg because only in this amount does it work for your brain! You will notice that your spell phases will immediately become much longer if you have a tracker bracelet! First track your sleep without GABA, then after! It also cannot go unnoticed how your deep, unresolved emotions will appear in your dreams – sometimes it won’t be pleasant, but it all leads to subconscious catharsis. As a result, you will feel a total reboot every day, an ease of life and most valuable – effective rest! For the best result, don’t be too greedy to order additional products that go well together.
