   Turmeric supplements containing curcumin are not very cheap, but this is one of, if not the cheapest, brands of turmeric supplements on Ecosupplements. It contains the standardized extracts of curcumin, the main active ingredient of the turmeric herb. I have to say that taking turmeric helps your body work better in every way. Turmeric is one of the most potent cancer-fighting herbs on the planet, so you would do well to incorporate turmeric into your daily supplementation. I always have turmeric powder for my oatmeal breakfast, so supplements like this are just extra boosters for me. Digestion, inflammation and the immune system are all boosted by turmeric/curcumin.

The capsules are safe for vegetarians, have no flavor and are simple to take. The ingredients are of good quality. The curcumin in turmeric has been shown to provide multiple benefits. It is a simple substance to ingest and can be used as a regular supplement. In conclusion, curcumin from turmeric is a top-notch supplement with many benefits.

   This brand offers quality products! Turmeric is very antioxidant, the capsule is a little big, it is plastic capsule form and inside is powder, so maybe you can open and mix with water if you can’t not swallow. I’m 26 and would recommend for any age after 18 with no worries. It has no taste in my opinion and it is beneficial for a body detoxification process followed by a good diet. I take 1 capsule daily after lunch and add black pepper to my food, I have learned that the two work well together!

   It is a very good quality product. I had started using these pills one a day with every breakfast plus one Life Extension Curcumin Elite which is taken with the evening meal. Within two weeks of starting, the arthritis pain in both feet was almost gone. .The ingredients of both are therefore of optimum quality and will certainly be taken permanently.

   The quality is good. I have to take it because it helps with muscle inflammation. I don’t like the taste and smell of turmeric so these capsules are perfect for me. The packaging design is also very nice. The advantage is that in the long term it helps to recover faster.

   Bought mainly for inflammation and pain I could see the benefits immediately during my period day diet where I’m still in pain and need ibalgin or something I took 2 capsules and the pain was non-existent so it’s a big improvement also with the back pain it helped a lot. Cognitively, maybe less brain fog and depression, but with that, I’m sure. I would like to buy more often but it is very expensive

NOW Foods offers great value and a generous dose with 665mg in just one capsule. Other brands usually provide 500mg. They also guarantee a standardized curcuminoid content of 95% which is reassuring as regular turmeric powder only contains around 3%. Personally, I use it to combat the fatigue associated with Long COVID. Be careful with the capsules as the powder can stain things yellow if you’re not careful.

    I’m 45+, I work out regularly and I’m starting to suffer from joint pain. I have personally noticed a decrease in inflammation and while I can’t claim turmeric makes a difference, I will continue to take it just in case. This product has no aftertaste and is a great price for the quality ingredients.
