This brand offers quality products! Turmeric is very antioxidant, the capsule is a little big, it is plastic capsule form and inside is powder, so maybe you can open and mix with water if you can’t not swallow. I’m 26 and would recommend for any age after 18 with no worries. It has no taste in my opinion and it is beneficial for a body detoxification process followed by a good diet. I take 1 capsule daily after lunch and add black pepper to my food, I have learned that the two work well together!

The quality is good. I have to take it because it helps with muscle inflammation. I don’t like the taste and smell of turmeric so these capsules are perfect for me. The packaging design is also very nice. The advantage is that in the long term it helps to recover faster.

Bought mainly for inflammation and pain I could see the benefits immediately during my period day diet where I’m still in pain and need ibalgin or something I took 2 capsules and the pain was non-existent so it’s a big improvement also with the back pain it helped a lot. I’m 45+, I work out regularly and I’m starting to suffer from joint pain. I have personally noticed a decrease in inflammation and while I can’t claim turmeric makes a difference, I will continue to take it just in case.
