Other ingredients:
Cellulose (capsule) and Stearic Acid (vegetable source). Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
Recommended use:
Take 2 capsules 2 to 3 times daily, preferably with food.

This container holds plenty of capsules for 1-2 years since you don’t need to take it daily. When you do, be sure to take it in the morning and after breakfast and there will be no stomach upset.
