   I had always been warned about taking vitamin “A”. After intense research, I found that “beta-carotene” was a safe way to get your vitamin A! You will not turn orange. I just wanted a supplement that didn’t tax my liver as “A” on its own box, but I’m no doctor. I am extremely satisfied with this brand.

   This was my first time taking beta-carotene supplements. I have noticed an improvement in eye comfort since taking beta-carotene supplements. Works great for my skin! It almost looks like it also produces a natural glow. Also great to take if you have a sunburn. Beta carotene and biotin for skin win highly recommend!

   Excellent product, with very well selected ingredients, high bioavailability and very important benefits for the whole body. I use it to increase the protection of my skin against the sun, against sunburn and with antioxidant action. The doses suit me perfectly. For best results, I take 1 capsule today after a meal. The quality of the product is also excellent.

   Good for my eyes. I can still read the fine print. The body converts beta-carotene into as much vitamin A as it needs. Thus, taking beta-carotene is safer than large amounts of vitamin A which could be toxic. We need vitamin A for good vision, a good immune system and good skin.

   since i recently had covid i felt i really needed to increase my intake of vitamins and antioxidants and other supplements as well. I have very good eyesight for my age (mid 50s) and one of the reasons I attribute this is taking beta carotene..it is one of my staple supplements and will continue to take it.

   my nutritionist recommended me to take them for a deficiency that I have. due to a restrictive diet and lack of time to prepare awesome meals. I haven’t seen any changes, but I will continue to take them and hope it will be effective in the long run and help me benefit from them. As always, NOW is my go-to brand for affordable, high-quality products.

   Excellent natural beta-carotene from Now Foods. This beta-carotene is obtained from the seaweed D. salina. Beta-carotene in the body is converted into vitamin A. This transformation occurs when there is a vitamin A deficiency. Beta-carotene increases resistance to stress and emotional overload, protects cells from premature aging, affects skin recovery processes, participates in the production of immunoglobulins, improves eyesight. With vitamin A deficiency, the skin becomes dry, cracks, flakes and becomes covered with acne. This may be accompanied by visual impairment, decreased immunity. I recommend this supplement

    It is not only a very good antioxidant, but it is very effective in stopping/reducing the harmful effects of the sun on the skin, especially if one has fair skin. Just one a day stops most of the burning after taking the product for a week and then continues through the summer.
