   Please love. If I ever change my mind about a product, I come back with an update. From the first use it helped me without abdominal pain, better than laxatives, and it tastes delicious, I expected it to taste bad! Although I only mixed it with water I think adding it with sock fig will taste amazing and more effective I suffered from lack of shedding throughout my life. I thought it was a chronic thing and didn’t look for it. Some days it gets better but rarely, and recently I started educating and found out that it is a dangerous thing. We should go to the toilet 1-3 times a day so I searched and lack of fiber came up as the causes, and for me yes that was the main reason because I don’t eat a lot of fiber ‏ I was using soaked figs and dried plums, they work but not every day so i knew i had to change and not stay on one thing. Those who suffer from constipation and lack of excretion and indigestion, get it immediately, first use, and I see a difference, because I have suffered for years, so it made me excrete

   It’s a great and tasty way to get plenty of fiber in your diet. I’ve bought this twice and will do it again, it’s a tasty apple powder having an amazing combination if mixed with plain yogurt, I usually have it before sleeping, it keeps me full and satisfied, especially ideal for weight loss and nighttime food cravings. Highly recommend.

   This product is great! It significantly outperforms fiber-based gummies when it comes to promoting a healthy gastrointestinal system and regularity. It also appears to work with probiotics to support healthy gut flora. Great stuff! It is quite grainy and very difficult to dissolve in liquids, so I like to stir it vigorously into a hot herbal tea, usually some type of fruit or ginger tea (thus complementing its natural apple flavor). The flavor is generally neutral, but rather strong. Another great application is to mix this into pancake or muffin mix. It adds texture and body, and a hint of apple flavor. Very highly recommended if you are looking for a good fiber supplement or something to help with regularity.

   I bought this as I am currently on a diet and thought it might help my digestion. I first tried drinking it with water – not the best experience, quite hard to drink. Best to add to smoothie. I recommend buying it and using it with a smoothie. Please give a like, thank you.

   High quality apple fiber! I wish it were natural. I mostly add it to smoothie-bowls but the apple taste is quite pleasant so can be added to any dish. Great way to increase fiber intake to prevent constipation, hemorrhoids and other intestinal issues etc. The price is fair for the quantity you get.

   I purchased this product to help increase daily fiber and to drink a hot cup at bedtime. The powder has a nice light apple flavor, but can be a bit tricky to fully mix, especially in cold water. I have found warm to hot water to be best, so that’s how I’m going to use it in the future. The price is great for the size and the quality was fresh upon arrival. I will buy it again when I run out.

   recently started adding NOW Foods Apple Fiber to my smoothies and have been very pleased with the results. The powder is easy to mix and has a subtle apple flavor that complements the other ingredients in my smoothies. It is an excellent source of dietary fiber and promotes healthy digestion.    This product was a useful product for improving gut health. I took this with psyllium husk and noticed improvements soon after. Overall, the product helps support gut health. On fasting days, I often like to have a drink or two from other sources of fiber. This supplement may help support body composition and cardiovascular health (eg, lower cholesterol).

    The only edible fiber I’ve tried. It has a natural apple flavor and a sweet and sour taste. Finely ground powder, similar to small grains of cocoa powder. The color is red-brown, not bright, a bit like a brick tint. I like it with kefir or plain yogurt. Works great for my severe bowel and bowel constipation.
