Each serving provides 325–750 IU of vitamin A, 0–10 IU of vitamin D, 15 IU of vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol), 205 mg of EPA, 313 mg of DHA, 113 mg of other omega-3s, and a total omega-3 content listed as 530 mg on the label (measured at approximately 631 mg). Oleic acid (omega-9) is also present.

Directions
