Fenugreek Standardised is supplied in capsule form, with 90 capsules per container. Per 3 capsules, the label states 1500mg of Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) Extract, standardised to provide 750mg of Saponins.

The ingredients are Fenugreek Seed Preparation (Fenugreek Seed Extract, Maltodextrin), Cellulose and Microcrystalline Cellulose. The label states the product contains no GM, Lactose, Dairy, Gluten, Wheat, Yeast, Nuts, Salt, Soya, Starch or Sugar, and no artificial colours or flavours.

This product is suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets, and is gluten free and lactose free.

Fenugreek contains coumarin derivatives that may interact with anticoagulants such as heparin and warfarin. People using Glipizide (medication for type 2 diabetes) should consult their G.P. prior to using fenugreek. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
