These are good low dosage tablets to help my nails get stronger (and I think it helps my hair too). Most Biotan tabs on the market are much, much higher dosages. I didn’t want to do 5000 mcg+ a day – so that solves my problem. I play an instrument that requires strong nails for the picks – and this seems to help keep my nails hard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been taking them a couple of weeks now and haven’t noticed a significant difference in my finger nails( probably because I work with them a lot) but my toe nails are definitely stronger. My hair I can imagine it will take sometime to see results. The dosage is smaller than what I have taken in the past but still recommend you take it with food. I have found that when I don’t I get headaches. I do appreciate the pill being small and easy to swallow.

I really like biotin for my nails and hair. I have really weak nails and biotin help strengthen them.
