   These are good low dosage tablets to help my nails get stronger (and I think it helps my hair too). Most Biotan tabs on the market are much, much higher dosages. I didn’t want to do 5000 mcg+ a day – so that solves my problem. I play an instrument that requires strong nails for the picks – and this seems to help keep my nails hard.

   High quality ingredients for your health. Large in size, the minerals are indeed. Only infra natural. Small and practical package. Has many advantages. Good composition.    have been using Natrol Biotin for many years. The skin and hair benefits of nails are amazing. The package has an easy to open flip top. I also liked the price because it was on sale. I love that it’s vegetarian and it’s a small caplet. The quality is good and also contains calcium.

   Biotin, also known as vitamin B7, stimulates the production of keratin in the hair and can increase the rate of follicle growth. It is not stored in the body for long – most of yours comes from the foods you eat. To be effective, it must be consumed. I plan to take biotin every day.

   [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been taking them a couple of weeks now and haven’t noticed a significant difference in my finger nails( probably because I work with them a lot) but my toe nails are definitely stronger. My hair I can imagine it will take sometime to see results. The dosage is smaller than what I have taken in the past but still recommend you take it with food. I have found that when I don’t I get headaches. I do appreciate the pill being small and easy to swallow.

   I had a lot of hair loss and my nails where very easy to break, when si started taking Natrol Biotin, in 3 weeks I could already see a lot of difference! It helped my hair grow shiny and strong, my nails as well. It’s just the best! 🙂

   I saw some changes in my hair, not as much as I expected, but it was enough for my hairstylist to make a few comments. It not only affected the growth but also the integrity of my hair. My fingernails, however… have grown as strong as diamonds! I love the quality of these vitamins and the old hair, skin and nail pills made me feel sick.

    I am 31 years old, I have been using this quality biotin for 2 months, I like it, it helps me lighten my face, I used it once a day before sleeping with vitamin C juice, the taste is accepted, the improvement will be after 4 months of course, the size and the packaging are good, I advise to use with collagen and lime juice before bedtime for an effective result, finally put like ☺️ if you like

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this for about two weeks, it doesn’t give my stomach any irritation. It’s easy to swallow. I really like biotin for my nails and hair. I have really weak nails and biotin help strengthen them. I have stomach issues that I have to take medicine for every day and this product does not irritate my stomach at all. I would recommend this product to anyone that needs biotin.
