About this product

This product is Vitamin D3 supplied in capsule form, with 60 vegan capsules per pack. Each capsule provides 125 mcg (5000 IU) of vitamin D3, sourced as cholecalciferol from Schizochytrium spp.

The capsule is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. The other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose, tapioca starch, gum arabic, medium-chain triglycerides (MCT), magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide, L-ascorbic acid and calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid. No allergens are explicitly declared on the label.

Directions

Warnings

Individuals consuming more than 50 mcg (2000 IU)/day of vitamin D (from diet and supplements) should periodically obtain a serum 25-hydroxy vitamin D measurement. Do not exceed 10,000 IU per day unless recommended by your doctor. Vitamin D supplementation is not recommended for individuals with high blood calcium levels. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Do not purchase if outer seal is broken or damaged.
