   The capsules themselves are very big, it’s a bit difficult to swallow. The product itself is very good, the 1 star I have reduced is for the size of the capsule My hair looks stronger, it is a quality omega product and it benefits the skin and hair as well as the brain.

   I’m happy with it so far. I like this brand. It has good ratings and I use their One-Per Day Multivitamin as well as Biotin. Something that is important to me when it comes to Omega 3 is if it makes me burp. I did some research and found that this can be an indicator of fish going rancid. I also store it in the fridge to help keep it fresh.

   I take Omega 3 all the time and my good cholesterol is good and my bad cholesterol is low. I just did a blood test. This Omega is convenient to take – just one pill per day.

   The quality is so good. The size is normal to take. The dosage should be to take one capsule daily. Give us as a direct absorption effect the contact with the sun. The package system is good. Good for strong bones. Taste also pleasant. Vitamin c ingredient. It’s from fish oil.
