Each serving provides a Milk Thistle Phospholipid Proprietary Blend of 760 mg, consisting of milk thistle extract (fruit) providing 480 mg silymarin, 180 mg silybin, and 48 mg isosilybin A and isosilybin B, together with phospholipids. Each serving also provides 160 mg of SILIPHOS phytosome milk thistle extract (fruit), providing 47.52 mg silybin.

The softgel shell is made from gelatin, glycerin, purified water, carob color and beeswax, with sunflower oil among the other ingredients. The label states the product contains soybeans, from soy-derived phospholipids, and notes that it is gluten free.
