The ingredients are glycerin and water as stabilizer, ubiquinol (coenzyme Q10), soy lecithin, and nicotinic acid amide (niacin). The label states that it contains soy from soy lecithin.

Directions

Once daily, place 5 full pump strokes of QuinoMit Q10 fluid on the tongue and allow to absorb. Before first use, press the pump several times until the first drop appears. Then tilt the bottle. Press the pump again until a drop of the product is obtained.
