These nutrients are all naturally integral to the body’s biochemistry. NAC is the nutrient best proven to sustain the body’s stores of glutathione, which is concentrated in all human cells. Detoxification (“detox”) enzymes in the liver, kidneys, lungs, and other organs use glutathione to bond with (“conjugate”) toxins and thereby make them able to mix into water for excretion (usually via the urine). was diagnosed with severe endometriosis and I have extreme adhesions because of it. I use NAC for ovarian cysts, endometriosis and adhesions. I’ve been taking them 3 times a day 4 days and 3 days on an empty stomach for just over a year now. Unfortunately, this did absolutely nothing for my large cysts (although they did not grow!) and did not unblock my ovarian tube. However even my gynecologist said he absolutely noticed the difference with the adhesions and my endometriosis is calm now. The first month I didn’t feel anything but after that I felt weird ploppings in my belly. My stomach was so tight from all the adhesions…now it’s normal again! I used another brand but the quality was not as good as this one. It hurts my stomach in the morning but it’s doable. The package arrived very quickly in the Netherlands, I will order again.
