Other ingredients:
Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hypromellose (cellulose capsule) and Silicon Dioxide.
Recommended use:
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

The quality is so good, the size of the tablet is so small too and also the taste of having it every day. something is weird with that lately. I try to use it with fatty meals because some say D works better that way. It’s VERY important to me to use D3 and not the synthic D2. I have a VDR (vitamin D receptor) problem and difficult to maintain my D let alone convert D2 to D3
